Meet Monique Saint Jill

Welcome and thank you for visiting Saint Jill Consulting ("SJC"), formerly known as "Saint Jill Motography"—a unique client-based consulting business designed exclusively for elite CEOs/small businesswomen of color. A native Washingtonian named Monique St. Jill at birth, Monique Saint Jill has an extensive background in and studied business management and administration at Bowie State University in Bowie, Maryland. She has career experience in business administration, cable media and entertainment, non-commercial public media, and social media marketing and communications.

Most notably in her executive administrative career, she successfully oversaw technical logistics for the CPB-PBS Ready To Learn Initiative (“RTL”)—the $100 million-dollar federal grant application submission and award directly funded by the U.S. Department of Education (USDOE)—the STEM-based project for unserved, underserved, and underprivileged children and families in high-need communities across the United States, distributed on the PBS KIDS educational programming network.

Monique Saint Jill is one of the original teenage members of Ebenezer A.M.E. Church in Fort Washington, Maryland where she was a member of Rejoice Choir, as well as a member of the Bowie State University Gospel Choir.  She is an associate member of Ebenezer United Methodist Church—Capitol Hill (EUMC), is committed to the work of God and knows the Spirit of Jesus Christ, who was appointed as the director of communications in May 2017 by her Pastor, The Reverend Bresean A. Jenkins. Inspired by her late grandfather, the church photographer at Ebenezer A.M.E. Church, Monique Saint Jill developed and implemented an unprecedented writing element for Reverend Jenkins, along with uniquely crafted photographs in color-rich images, and creative shots in black and white. Each component was collectively broadcast weekly which included inspirational music videos on Facebook Live and has reached hundreds of church members and followers across the country. Monique Saint Jill was also publicly recognized by Bishop LaTrelle Easterling, episcopal servant and leader of the Baltimore-Washington Conference of the United Methodist Church, for her devoted service to EUMC and her contribution at the 2018 ROCK Conference in Ocean City, Maryland—a convening of 15,000 youth participants!

Monique Saint Jill has been blessed with the ability to have a keen eye for detail. Concurrent with her work at church, she was given another social media platform with the former organization entitled, The M.O.S.T. Visions Performing Arts Company ("Visions")—owned and founded by Tyronda “Miss Ty” Boone. Students aged 4-17 participated in drama and play productions, modeling, and dance routines in the Washington, DC metro area in iconic performances such as "Annie", "Beauty and The Beast", and "The Lion King". Toward the end of a 10-year stint, the students were featured as the opening act for the "Ben’s Chili Bowl 60th Anniversary Gala", who performed several Motown classics. This star-studded event was aired on WJLA-7 News, as well as FOX 5 News, with Monique Saint Jill’s own daughter, Asia Bryelle front and center! Most of the Visions students have grown up and now have an opportunity to learn financial literacy skills with Zoey and Zander’s Guide to Success which is also owned and founded by Miss Ty Boone.
